A three time UDIA award winning development, Woolooware Bay stands as a benchmark for successful placemaking and community building. Comprising over 900 apartments, four pools, shopping centre, dining precinct and a revitalised Cronulla Sharks Club, it stands as one of the most ambitious and complex master-planned projects to be undertaken in Sydney. Rare were brought onboard a full twelve months prior to launch to assist with the place vision and creation of a brand identity aimed at uniting the local community around what would become the Sutherland Shire’s new waterfront destination. With the brand vision and architecture needing to work across several residential stages, retail and lifestyle components in addition to resonating with a broad range of audiences from first home buyers through to downsizers, it was a phenomenally challenging and ultimately rewarding project we are proud to have been involved with.
