Set high above the eastern edge of the revitalised Darling Harbour precinct, Radiance is a landmark of contemporary inner city living. The buildings stunning signature façade features operable metallic mesh screens, creating the appearances of a solid gold monolithic form. Floating skyward, this radiant tower lights up the harbourside. To a large extent this luminous form provided clear direction for us to take the project brand and identity, with liberal applications of foiling and gilding utilised throughout the marketing collateral. Hand finished, gold backed mirror panelling was sourced for the sales display, providing an on-brand backdrop for the display material.
