Park Avenue is a luxury masterplanned residential development located in the new St Leonards South precinct, offering panoramic grandstand views of Sydney Harbour. The brand and place vision were inspired by the meeting of worlds: The natural harbourfront rainforest adjacent to the site, St Leonards and Wollstonecraft’s historic streetscapes and the new modern world of St Leonards civic centre. A series of artworks were developed to bring Architect DKO and Interior Designer David Hicks’ place stories to life. Park Avenue’s architecture harks back to an era of timeless elegance, reminiscent of the grand iconic buildings lining New York’s Central Park.
