Rising 77 storeys above Surfers Paradise, Iconica by Meriton is one of the tallest residential buildings in the country and a front row seat to unrivalled ocean and Gold Coast views. Meriton approached Rare to create the Place Name and Place Brand Vision for what would be their signature project. The brand needed to reflect the significance and grandeur of the site whilst cutting through the noise in a highly competitive property market. A key component of the campaign was the creation of a brand film, shot against the backdrop of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious retail precincts, top dining establishments and spectacular coastline.
