Rare were appointed by CBUS Property to create the brand vision and marketing campaign for their landmark project 88 Alfred St, a premium residential address in Milsons Point overlooking Sydney Harbour. Architect Bates Smart approached 88 Alfred St with a restrained, timeless palate of materials embodying ‘quiet luxury’. Our brand was conceived to work hand in hand with their project vision, featuring an equally restrained colour palate and selection of finishes. A state of the art large format scanner was employed to capture the exact stone selected for the apartments in intricate detail, which was subsequently featured on the project’s hardcover book and branded material.
