An overwhelming level of enquiry generated and 13 out of 18 apartments sold by 10am on launch day.


Rare recently were tasked with driving the brand and marketing campaign for Calibre, a landmark boutique project by celebrated Architectural firm KTA.

In Koichi Takada’s signature style, the architectural form and materials drew inspiration from nature and the site’s context. As the architectural vision was a key differential for this address, our task was to bring KTA’s design philosophy to life through the branding, marketing collateral and display environment.

The campaign generated significant enqury, leading to an incredibly successful launch event which saw a 2 bedroom apartment sell to a local buyer for $2.65m.
