Lexington, the residential release of stage one in West Village launched in Feb at public events in Brisbane and Sydney by property developer Sekisui House Australia.

Designed by award winning architects Hayball, Lexington comprises 192 apartments set within 14 residential levels, and part of West Village’s offer of a mix of apartments, townhouses and penthouses which will combine with galleries, boutiques and restaurants set among green laneways, squares and parks. Public green spaces fronting both Boundary Street and Mollison Street will draw people into the centre of the village where two heritage ice-cream factory buildings are located.

Lexington will be the first of nine apartment buildings to be added to the West Village urban project. Over the coming years the precinct will also feature a supermarket, a diverse mix of galleries, boutiques, traders and merchants. Built on the old site of the Peters Ice Cream Factory, Lexington and West Village have drawn inspiration from heritage buildings and international destinations.
