Your natural environment.

Offering a longed-for sense of calm and seclusion, Eton Estate’s sublime native bushland setting inspires the character and ambience of this unique development, creating a haven which sits harmoniously within its surroundings. Immense consideration has been paid to the design of the enchanting gardens and communal areas which are responsive to the natural environment and enhance the feeling of sanctuary.

The brochure reflects the design of the gardens and communal areas which are responsive to the natural bushland environment. The brochure cover uses a Spot UV finish to resemble the shine of a glossy gum leaf, the sandstone layer is printed on curious Goya white to mimic the rough grainy texture of this finish used the gardens. The tipped in pages are carried throughout the brochure internals.

Turf design studio’s vision for the landscape design was to ensure that the bushland character of the area was preserved and integrated into a residential context.
