Esplanade’s future residents got a taste of what it means to be a part of the Capital Bluestone family at an exclusive “Life on the Lake” event.

A marquee in front of the display suite on Norwest Lake was transformed into a social hub where buyers could mingle with their new neighbours, get to know the Capital Bluestone team and rub shoulders with business and community leaders from the Hills. In a special treat, celebrity chef Miguel Maestre cooked up a paella feast and entertained the crowd with a unique rendition of La Bumba backed by a string quartet.

Capital Bluestone Executive Chairman Steve Grant said Life on the Lake was a great way to foster a sense of community at Esplanade. “We want our buyers to become more than just neighbours – we want them to be friends so this event was our way of helping them get to know each other while have a great, fun night,” he said. “And we wanted to say thank you for supporting Esplanade. Our buyers are a critical part of our success and realising the vision for Esplanade so we wanted to treat them to a night of good company, lovely food and entertainment. “Life on the Lake is a great example of how we look after our buyers and make sure their experience at Esplanade is a positive and uplifting one.”
